After a few years, Atlantic Aviation realized they wanted something different than what was available generically in the market. When they came to us at Shirtboy.com, they were searching for a product with a different look, feel, and even closure function to set their giveaway apart from the rest.

Identifying an overseas partner in Ningbo, China with FDA certification that would ensure the bottles were BPA-free, we created a custom mold for the bottle's body and suggested a matte finish to make the bottle easier to grip than your standard smooth plastic finish. We then custom dyed them to Pantone match their branding and did customization on front and back so Atlantic's name and logo could be seen no matter how the bottle was being held.

Then we saved them money by leveraging a two-year commitment to use higher volumes to lower costs. But that didn't mean they had to hand out the exact same product the next year. We used the same factory and mold, bringing in their secondary branding color for a new product.
