Nick, a sales rep at Shirtboy.com, hooked them up with Dave Bannerton to create a data delivery mechanism that recreated their logo in 3D. The custom-molded figure slid apart to reveal or protect the USB plug and even included a loop to attach it to a keychain, all under 1" long.
